It resists soils, stains, chemical degradation, biological growth, and even efflorescence. It offers excellent oil and water repellency and hold-out. Yet, is vapor permeable so it lets water vapor out but resists letting water in! Can be used on any other porous tile such as quarry or Saltillo.
